We do not offer Return or Refund for any reason.

Exchange Policy
We take utmost care in crafting and packaging our jewellery. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of the product being delivered.
• Exchanges are applicable only for damaged items. We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, styling preference, or incorrect selection.
• A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video should be recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened and must clearly show the damage.
• The unboxing video and exchange request must be shared with us within 3 days of delivery via our official contact channel.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. In case the same product is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be offered.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
• No refunds are provided for exchanged items.
